Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 grams parval


  • 1/2 cup peanut powder


  • 1 cup tomato pury


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon red chilly paste


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala


  • 1 tablespoon cumin_coriender powder


  • 4 tablespoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon mustard cumin seeds


  • 1/4 teaspoon asafetida


  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriender


  • 1 tablespoon ginger,garlic paste


  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  • Remove tha skin of parval
  • Give a straight cut into each
  • In a mixing bowl add peanut powder,salt,sugar ,red chilly powder,cumin coriander powder,kitchen king masala,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,and 1 tablespoon oil,mix well
  • Stuff this masala into parval
  • In a pressure cooker add3 tablespoon oil,add mustard cumin,add asafetida and stuff parval
  • Cook for 5 min.on.medium flame
  • Now add tomato pury and cook for 2 min.
  • Then add rest of the peanut masala and mix well
  • Add 1/2 cup water and cover the lid
  • Make 3 whistle
  • Cool it and serve in serving dish and garnish with chopped coriander
